***Assuming referring to HP Service Desk***
When i was with my prior organization we had 5.0 and had a data dictionary exported. Is there something in particular about it that you are questioning or is it just needing to have one exported(how to)? I don't recall the specifics on how to do it, i just had one of our admins run it from the admin console and its was roughly 75ish pages. Small paper back novel Razz
