In order to support a problem management group, we need to set-up a tool for:
- Managing Problems, from their identifications to their resolutions
- act as a reference for known errors and past resolutions
The software needs to link to a very basic CMDB.
Do you have some experience of a low-cost solution for that?
We need a web-based solution.
I have seen the free tool Mantis, which is quite good for our requirements (in particular for the change options), but it does not allow to associate the Asset to the tickets.
