I would like to hear your experiences with Epicor ITSM.
Our company has the cold version (Clientele) and wants to upgrade.
We want it to support Service Desk, Incident-, Problem-, Change-, and incident management, but I like to hear some real-life experiences with this product.

We are currently using Clientele for Service Desk, and we had to customise it to hell and back to make it do what we wanted.
When we started to look at upgrading, we naturally looked at our current supplier for their solution - this was a disaster - no-one seemed to know what the software could and could not do. I am not sure if it was due to ill informed sales staff or what, as even the techie accompanying our salesman did not seem to know what was going on.
