Was wondering if anyone had seen, or had, a good customer satisfaction survey when related to Service Desk, Incident and Problem Management.
Initially I was thinking to do a statisfaction survey about our current helpdesk, but in reality, the Service Desk is so much more that I don't think that will be enough...
Anyway, I am open to suggestions.
