Hi Guys, I just joined this forum today. I have been involved in AvM and other ITIL processes for a couple of years, the org. that I am working with has finally decided to implement ITIL processes. I am looking for examples/templates of an AvM Plan that is ITIL based in its structure. I have reviewed the ITIL Best Practice for Service Delivery book, it tells you what the Plan should contain, has anyone here actually generated an AvM Plan document? -
