Hi All,
Having recently achieved Prince2 Practitioner status, I have begun looking in to embarking upon working towards the ITIL qualifications.
Last week I went for a job interview and although advertised as a PM role, they have asked me about service delivery management. What they want is someone to manage a project to role out service delivery methods to their support desk based on ITIL standards.
I have been asked back for a second interview and I have been told that they will be asking questions about my plans over the first few weeks, should I get the job.
Is anyone aware of any resources I could take a look at other than the official ITIL books?
I do plan on getting these regardless, but time is short as I am expecting to be asked back within a few days.
