Could some one please explain on what is RED BADGE means?

In very simple terms, the Red Badge is obtained by passing the Manager's Exam.

This is currently based on the Service Delivery (Red Book) & Service Support (Blue Book) Books.

With Version 3 now here this will obviously change.

Me working as Change Manager in India. Have my foundation certification and now going to start for Manager's.
