Recently ITIL Certified I wanted to design a new division with the special responsibility of taking care of all incidents with unknown root causes and more complex than usual. This area was really exposed and not well designed. The design was done we are ready to move forward but incredibly there is an actual disagreement with Human Resources because of the Name used for the Team, they prefer a name that sounds more positive or better to understand by general public, a little more of a marketing brand.
name used: Problem Management Team
Any ideas friends-

I was known as the "Strange Problem Co-ordinator". Putting the word 'strange' in front gave people a bit of a pause and a laugh in their assumptions....
Once I used "Truffle Snuffler" - cause you're digging around in the dirt looking for 'gold'...
What about "Confusing Situation Investigations" or C.S.I?
Yes, I do have an odd sense of humour
Best of luck
