Hi Malwright820
We are currently using Sharepoint for our Forward Schedule of Change. We started out using the calendar view as provided, only to find that as you move from month to month, the display is a little erratic. i.e. Changes posted in the final days in a month would not show in the display when the month had changed. As a result we went to the All Items display and sorted the Changes in reverse order so that the current and future changes come up first. This has other issues surrounding it. It is not the best of solutions for me. Perhaps we have not customised it enough yet?

As a temporary measure, we have customised the 'bug database' in sharepoint to act as a knowledge base and KEDB. I dont have a template as such, and with the help of a Sharepoint expert, it is easy to modify this to provide quite an effective DB.
However of course it doesnt link directly to the Inicdent Mgmt system (as would be ideal) but we can reference problems to Incidents and vice verse etc
The bug db is downloadable from microsofts webpages, try it, it may work for you it may not.
We have lots of sharepoint wizards here so maybe because of that we found it quite easy. Depends on your situation.
