I got ITIL Foundation certified a year back. ISACA and PMI have credits for which is an ongoing process. We have to be a member and this has it's own benefits in terms of purchase of books or examination fees etc. I have not done anything after getting ITIL F certified. I have paid a quite a some to go through the course and pass the exam. Normally the certification is valid for n number of years and one ceases to be a member if the required credits has not been achieved. Is this available in ITIL? How do I maintain my ITIL certification. Please let me know-

Your Foundation certificate does not expire. You may wish to do a conversi from V2 to V3 at some point but this is not compulsory.
Suggest you join your local itSMF chapter for book discounts etc. _________________ Liz Gallacher,
