Following numerous threads requesting identification of the source of the ITIL books, we are posting this message to detail an official source for each format (hardcopy and PDF).
1. Hardcopy
The books can be purchased in hardcopy from:
http://www.itil.org.uk/all.htm
They are shipped directly from the publisher, TSO.
2. PDF Download
The books in PDF format can be purchased and downloaded from the same site.
These are the only two formats currently available.
