Hi everybody
I guess my question has come up in the past, but here goes. I'm also planning on taking the Foundation test. I can find no reference to which parts of the book 'IT Service Management an Introduction' apply to the Foundation exam. Each of the Service Support & Delivery chapters (17 in total) contain an Introduction, Objectives, The Process, Activities, Process control and Costs & Possible problems. Do I need to cover each of these for each of the 17 chapters in the book?
Could anybody and especially those that have completed their Foundation exam please advise me.

Your better bet is to get copies of the Service Support and Service Delivery books themselves. Foundations focuses on those books. If you cannot obtain the books (or the itSMF Pocket guide) , then yes, you will need to focus on the 17 Chapters in the Intro book. Good luck.
