Hi,
My company is planning to expand the training services on ITIL at Singapore, we already provide the training at China, and some other countries. Can anyone tell me how big is the ITIL market at Singapore? Or where can i find this kind of information / market survey?
I'll need to get information on how many company is implementing or planned to implement ITIL at Singapore, how many ITIL certified people here, which course is most on demand?
Really appreciate if anyone could share.
Thxs a bunch in advance!

Hi Eowyn,
Greetings!
There are a lot of companies in singapore who run their IT services with ITIL best practice guidelines.
But the demand for training is a derived demand, in otherwords the demand for ITIL training is dependent on the number of trained ITIL professionals required by the industry and in addition to that only when ITIL (foundation) certification is mandatory as advertised in the job description of thier service support personnel.
I think the demand for ITIL (for Foundations) training and ITIL awareness training is good in singapore.
