Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
I am looking to get trained in product design and configuration of service center. I enquired in HP and they asked me to take up the following course.
1.HP ServiceCenter 6.x Software: Essentials (HE421S B.00) and
2.HP ServiceCenter 6.x Software: Tailoring (HE422S B.00).
Each course costs $3000. If you know anyone offering the HP training please let me know.
Also I would like to know, if I attend this course whether I'll be able to work in realtime without any help.
About another places which offers HP training courses you will not get less than you got as i think.
and about your ability to work without help after the courses it is not applicable because the experince is more important. but you can get a good start.
