Request to provide you valuable insights/thoughts on follwoing.
Which one is better solution to implement toal service delivery and service support from IBM tivoli, HP and BMC? if you aware any other please tell me.
Can you give the costing of above solutions?

first of all i think you can not implement a solution with a thousands of dollars by this way.
but about answering you it will :
1- Remedy ---> from BMC
2- Service Desk Or ServiceCenter ---> From HP
3- Tivoli ---> from IBM but i think it is an enterprise manager.
these products are neerest solutions to implement most of ITIL disciplines.
about the cost i don't know but i can back to you again, just told which one you need and why?
i recommend ServiceCenter from the above .

You may want to look at TraverseIT and Service-Now as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Both have far lower costs and offer more coverage of the ITIL disciplines.
