All,

The Wait is finally over... I made it to the list of ITIL Masters.. Got my results 2 days back.. The Evaluation pattern was pretty stringent and it definitely takes a toll to get through... Particularly the Service Support Exam which I thought I was confident , had a blow when I saw my marks... So beware..SS is not something to be taken for granted...

Anyway... Wanted to share the news with you all.

Is there any Forum/Group for ITIL Masters Certified that I can enroll so that I can get in touch with other Service Manager`s world wide??
