I have a question.
Our organization does not have clear server, and application owners.
In some cases the application owner becomes the server owner by default, and sometimes they are completely seperate roles.
What is considered a good way to organize this?
A problem that we have now is, if there is an problem with a particular server, the Application owner does not have the know-how to do a root cause analysis. The person who built the server can be consulted of course, but since he is not officially the owner, it is had to to hold people accountable.
