Hello everybody, I am currently studying ITIL Version 3 for my Foundation Exam and I am not sure I understand clearly what process in Service Transition is responsible for elaborating and reviewing Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) : is it the Change management process or the brand new "Evaluation" process ? (or a little bit of both maybe !? ) Thanks for your comments,
