I am new to ITIL and to this forum. I am asked to write specifications to call a tender for procument of Help Desk and network Management software for our network. Please give some guide lines or URLs.

I was looking for software that would give us a starting point for ITSM. hence the references to only Config & Change in section 4. You can expand this to suit.
I spoke to our Sales guys at the time and they gave me a selection of RFIs that had come in for me to see how other people build their documents. This was very helpful, as it gave a good idea of where to start
