Hi People ,

I want to pursue a career in ITIL however iam not sure where to start from , let me tell somethng about myself currently i am working in a managerial position in a BPO(call centre ) deal mostly in ISP, so can you guys please let me know how do i start about it and how can i make a career move

Kamal,

You are in a career / job/ role that is ITIL oriented.

You are involved with Incident Management

What you need to do is take the ITIL Course & Exam - Foundation

Then you shuld take that exam and the knowledge that it gives you then determine which if any the practioner's courses that you wish to take.

Please also look at the forum - ITIL Certification.
