Hi All,
Has anyone had experience customizing the product HelpStar to accommodate Change and Problem/Incident Management? I'm implementing Change, Problem and Service Desk for a very small, less than 100, organization and they don't want to spend much money on a tool.
I am also curious if anyone has incorporated the software project management, bug tracker tool Jira into their processes for problem management.
These tools were never meant to address such areas, effectively, as defined by ITIL.
Hi Frank, as an ITIL newcomer with no experience of the tools available I'd really appreciate if you could elaborate the point above - i.e. where JIRA falls short of meeting requirements as defined by ITIL.
