Does anybody know when the ITV3F (ITIL APMG v3 foundation exam will be available via Prometric and/or Vue testing centers?

There has been no announcement, so I would not expect it to be until the end of the year. One possible reason is that the exams are new, and so are being moderated (so if everybody gets a question wrong, they judge it to be a bad question, and adjust the marking. Until that settles down, it cannot go on-line.
