I am planning to sit for IT Service Management Foundation Certificate exam next month. Do I necessarily have to attend a training from one of the training providers OR Can I do a self study by reading books and appear for this exam? Please let me know as soon as possible, so that I can plan my next steps.
Also, please let me know if there are any Training providers in Chennai, TN, India. Thanks in advance.
You can self study for the Foundation, and sit the V2 exam through a Pro-Metric or Pearson Vue test centre _________________ Liz Gallacher,
