Hello guys,
I am planning to finish ITIL foundation certificate by end of next weekend. Can anyone explain to me what is the differences between v2 and v1.Because i have got the guide and sample papers for EXIN 100. have to write exin 200... What is the difference? what to do now?
V1 was replaced by v2 in the 1990's. V3 is now out, but v2 is still around. You cannot be sitting a V1 exam!!
I don't think the V3 exams are available escepy through a training provider at the moment. _________________ Liz Gallacher,
