hi...
I guess.....under Service management umbrella we have following 5 processes viz...

1.problem management
2.change management
3.configuration management
4.request management
5.Incident management

can anyone help me out in knowing the flow of the processes....
i guess it is....

Incident Mgmt-->problem mgmt-->change mgmt-->configuration mgmt.
Request Mgmt----->

In short I want to know every possible order in which the each of the Processes are invoked from within another process
