Hallo there,
I am curious to find out what the main differences are between ISO 9000 and ITIL and why would one choose one and not the other?
I am looking to find a way to implement a software development quality control process. Can I use either ISO 9001 or ITIL to develop the framework and the individual processes?
And then use the CMMi to continualy improve quality?
