As I understand it, there are four paths within the practitioner certification:

Is IPSEC a fifth introduced in V3?

Also, I am in the N. Virginia area (DC Metro) and would be interested if anyone has training recommendations (or warnings!) as it related to ITIL You can e-mail me with that information if it is not permitted on the forum boards.
