We are currenlty using Peregrine Service centre but carry out our MI and statistical work using spreadsheets filled in manually - the export facility helps out and makes things a bit more reliable.

I curernlty work in a team split by application however we are moving to functional splits e.g. all incidents together instead of all the work for one application. in doing this we are looking to be able to amalgamate or produce our MI the same and were hoping to be able to utilise Peregrine Service centre we are using v3.0 and at the moment we are unable to get new software or upgrades.

Can anyone advise if they use peregrine for stats / MI production if and how they do it?
- I have also noticed an application called Report centre which looks very impressive if it does what I think it does however I am unable to find out how to work it and whether it is aligned with Peregrine information so if anyone utilises that tool for MI any help or information wouldf be gratefully received - I tried emailing Peregrine but they have been taken over by HP so I have had to email them a generic query and I just know they are going to come back and offer me 4 million new tools for what i want instead of just answering a simple query!!.
