We are trying to evaluate an ITIL certified help desk solution from Axios Systems called Assyst. They have a lot of users in Europe, but we are interested in speaking with some users in North America. Anyone have any experience with this firm in the US/Canada?

Yeah we have recently launched a service improvement plan which includes significant overhall of th way in which we control changes within our infrastructure. We use assyst to manage and control the workflow & process mgt.
As I understand it assyst can handle the processes being as complex or as simple as requirements dictate.
