Position Requirements:

ITIL certified with minimum 2 years experience in ITIL
Excellent communication, both verbal and written with strong experience working with all levels of an organization
Consulting experience


Description:

With the ability to travel up to 80% of the time, a Sr. Consultant will consult at client sites applying best-in-class expertise and a comprehensive, proven approach to IT service delivery challenges. Project Management
Supervise project teams on client projects.
Communicate any perceived out-of-scope customer requests.
Convey anticipated date variances versus project plan.
Client Project
Perform the Workshop Facilitator role on customer engagements.
Facilitate meetings to ensure meeting objectives are met.
Document process flows, meeting notes, action items and follow-up issues.
Produce high-quality customer deliverables and other documentation.
ITIL
Exhibit expertise in multiple areas of the IT Infrastructure Library framework.
Provide subject matter expertise in sales support, client meetings and workshops.
Present at industry conferences and local interest groups.
IT Infrastructure Library Manager certified.
