I'm looking for tools and frameworks to produce bsc's on cost-benefit and cost-effectiveness analysis.
What indicators to use,...
Most important is to create a financial document/balance sheet
Does anyone know good references, books, tools,...

I just started a PM at my company and walked into a pretty comfortable situation (meaning my process model and KPI's are pretty much mapped out for me).
One of the first tasks I have been assigned is creating such a cost-benefit/effectiveness of PM.
Any recommendations for models, books, etc. would be appreciated.
