Overview
Process improvement / management specialists with strong ITIL experience, especially in service delivery, to develop and implement ITIL processes to improve efficiency and deliver major business benefits. These positions are for full time, salaried employees of a global technology consulting company working on long term client engagements. These are not contract positions. There is a consultant and a lead consultant position available.
These positions are for a multi-year client engagement in Milwaukee.
Responsibilities
• Apply ITIL expertise to process improvement for client companies particularly for service delivery and service level management
• Take a leadership or advisory role on disseminating ITIL / ITSM best practices throughout the organization
• Perform gap analysis of the as is and to be processes
• Design, lead and implement the to be process definitions
• Drive optimal process improvement
• Measure the as is and to be process states by defining and implementing comprehensive yet clear operational and management metrics
• The lead consultant should also have the ability and desire to learn and take on account relationship management responsibilities to assist the engagement manager
Qualifications
• Very strong experience of using and deploying all areas of ITIL practices, particularly in service delivery and service level management
• ITIL certification preferred
• Production support experience
• Consulting experience a plus
• Experience of using and deploying ITIL in different companies a plus
• Experience of relationship management a plus for the lead consultant position
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Experience of CMMI / CMM / 6 sigma is a plus
• BS preferred, in Computer Science or similar

Yvonne. The first phase of this projects starts very soon and this immediate position is about to be closed out. However, it is a multi-year project, and there should be other phases coming up soon. There will also be other projects coming up in other locations in the US.
