Anyone have some experience getting ITIL training in Cincinnati? I've looked at a couple places (InterProm and ONLC), but don't really know who's the best. ONLC seems to have a dedicated training center here, which is a positive right? InterProm claims a pass rate of 90%+, which is good, right?
The other problem with all of these is that they of course require a min numer of people, and in my experience those types of classes never seem to hit the threshold around here.
Otherwise, I guess I'm gonna have to self-study
Any feedback/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thx!
