Requirement for ITIL and eTom certified professionals!!!

We have a requirement for a Business Analyst - ITIL certified Professional..

The Job description is as follows:

1. Pre-sales support for RFI / RFP preparation and response
2. Sales support in generating RFI / RFP for clients
3. Consultancy for generating RFI / RFP for clients
4. Consultancy services in areas of implementation for clients
5. Consultancy in identifying new opportunities for / from clients
6. Defining and Creating the Service Provider / System Integrator practice
7. Creating and managing partnerships under SP / SI practice
8. Conduct trainings & Work shops
9. People management
10. Project management - if required

Required Skills:
Certification (in the order of preference)

1. ITIL Diploma (ITIL V3) - Preferred
or
2. ITIL ® Manager (ITIL V2)
or
3. ITIL ® Practitioner certificate

* with 2 years relevant work experience post certification

· certification in Service Delivery discipline (preferred) / Service Support Disciplines

or

1. eTOM certification

* with 1 years relevant work experience post certification

Good communication and interaction skills
Good estimation and planning capabilities
Good Proposal preparation and response capabilities

Should be involved in design and implementation of the eTOM/ITIL practices

Location: Bangalore, India

MANDATORY
Should be willing to travel across the globe

Other Requirements:
Experience
1. 6+ years overall experience
2. At least 3+ years experience in working in Telecom service provider domain

directly or through system Integrator

Exposure
1. At least 2 years relevant work experience in Telecom service provider domain

directly or through system Integrator
2. Should have performed pre-sales activities
