Short answer NO

The course materials are the Intellectual properity of APMG / EXIN / ISEB and OGC.

The books for V3 cost money - quite a bit for the 5 thick books £75 a piece

Courses for a 3 day ITIL foundation course cost £1200- £1500 which includes the course material

Online web courses cost as well

My question is If you are interested in getting ITIL certification, why are also not interested in spending YOUR own money because you will have to spend YOUR own time to study and YOUR own money and time to take the exam - when it is offered again
