San Antonio, TX company has a technical opening in a team which administers the HP tools ServiceCenter, AssetCenter, Connect-It, and Enterprise Discovery. We are in the relatively early stages of a multiyear ITIL adoption, and are live with ServiceCenterís Change Management module, and AssetCenter. Additional SC modules are being implemented starting this year. We are also process owners for the Change Mgmt process (active) and Configuration Mgmt process (not quite yet). Disclaimer: I am not a recruiter, but am a senior member of the team, so I have a vested interest in seeing that we get someone good in the position. Smile Itís preferred that candidates have familiarity with at least one of these tools. If you are interested, email me a resume and I will direct you to the website with the detailed job description and application info. (Posting URLs is not allowed on this forum, so I canít direct you there now.) (No emails from recruiters, please--principals only. Remember, Iím technical, not a recruiter.)
