We are currently updating all our standards/procedures and other related documents, and organising them onto a single networked drive, and was wondering if anyone had any experience of :
Folder/directory structure naming conventions
Document naming conventions

Either best practice, or links to any information on the web.

Do you have an official records or document management standard at your company? If you do that is one palce to start.
