If I would like to start documentation and implementation for Incident Management -
1. How long it might take actually for each ?
2. Where to find any sample documentation for incident management ?
3. For incident management- only ITIL V3 foundation level knowledge is enough ? _________________ ------------------------------------------------

Have a look at either V2 or V3 for sample process and what you should expect to include in the process _________________ Mark O'Loughlin
