Hi All,

I apologize in advance if this is the wrong forum to post in.

I'm looking for recommendations on a middle of the pack incident management tool. I'm looking for something in between Remedy or Pergrine (which would be overkill) and an Access database (being too primitive).

User base is approximately 8k to 20k with the support scope being only one product.

check through the old posts in this thread .. some onemetnioned some small tools in refernece to tool sets
