StackSafe supposidly ITIL aligned

Just curious if anybody had any expeirence deploying and using StackSafe Test Center tool to assist in testing changes to apps? According to the StackSafe this tool is aligned with IT's Change and Realease process and greatly assists operations departments in properly testing changes before they are being deployed.

I know what the tool can do, I just want to know if anybody has actually used it in practice and what thoughts people have about it.

I am with StackSafe. Don't want to intrude (because I know you are looking for other user feedback) but I wanted to let you know that anyone can get a complementary trial of Test Center to "kick the tires." As far as ITIL goes, Julie Craig from EMA did an analysis about how Test Center fits in with Change and Release Management.

There is no such thing as ITIL compliant or ITIL certified as there is no standard definition for ITIL

and no 'authorized' organization that defines ITIL certified as the application of ITIL cant be certified
