Hello World!

A couple of minutes ago I created a new account for this site, after checking it this weekend! Looks great.

Reason why I signed up is that, hopefully, very soon I start as a procesmanager with a large and dynamic IT-service provider. Hopefully because I now entered the last fase: my salary! I have absolutely no reference on salaries in this area (in The Netherlands).

My question
Does anybody know what salary ranges are common?

Here's who I am and what I 'know':

I'm certified ITIL Foundation, Practitioner and ASL. I've been working for 5 years in an ITIL environment and have helpt setup the ASL part and been working on implementing BiSL.
I also have a degree in information management.

The roles I had had (directly) nothing to do with ITIL/ASL or BiSL implementation but due to my background I was involved in the proces. Roles I had:
- Software developer
- Lead developer
- Team leader

Job (summary) description:
- design/ implementing change- incident and problemmanagement processes;
- design/ implementing new service support, service delivery processes;
- match customer SLA's with processes
- training employees
- etc.
- etc.
- etc.

Thnx a lot for the input.

I'm curious what you managed to negotiate with your new employer.. Overhere ('zelfstandig uitvoerend orgaan') we pay our procesmanagers between 2300 and 3700, depending on experience etc..
