Hi all,

I'm a test lead playing a manager role. Would appreciate if any one can let me know if I can go for ITIL certification and what would be prospects after getting the foundation certificate.

Thanks in advance

Hi sreebasa,

Anyone in IT would benefit from at least the ITIL foundation. It's not rocket science so I would expect most people to pass.

I guess the things you'd benefit from, being a Tester, is to see how your role fits into service delivery and how your processes are critical at in terms of customer satisfaction.

Go for it!
