I am trying to put Scorecard/Dashboard for our Configuration Process. We are in the process of integrating Change and Config process. What kind of KPI's I can include in Scorecard/Dashboard? My plan is to include the followings.
1. Configuration Management Process maturity
2. # of CI's entered in CMDB each month
3. # of CI's in error
4. # of CI's audited
I am sure once we have integration of Change and Config finished we can also provide
1. Reduction in Change failure

Hi,
the first answer is that KPIs are things that are important to the monitoring and reviewing of your services and they are things you can do something about based on the measures you have taken. So KPIs derive from the needs of your monitoring and review processes.
My second answer is to look in itlibrarydotorg for some ideas.
