My company is in the process of implementing ITIL domain. We have already done with incident and change management. We are using Remedy AR system for tracking the tickets etc. We are now trying to setting up the CMDB and service catalog. Could any one pls suggest on what are the information needs to be included in CMDB and service catalog with an example or template.
