Hi folks
I am going through the ITIL Masters (Manager) course early in the new year. As an old IT dinosaur (from the mainframe era) a lot of this stuff was motherhood and apple pie but I would like to do some pre reading in preparation.
Any suggestions as to where the best place to go to find good reading material would be appreciated.

Based on my experience, I would recommend that you begin reading the books themselves as you will find that a read through of them will be of great benefit before the course. Also take notes as you read and re-read.
There are general articles available on any ITIL website that are also of benefit for additional clarification.
