I'm self studying towards the V3 foundation exam and with one eye looking at where I go next down the v3 path.
I was disappointed to learn that an official course has to be taken rather than self study. I was disappointed since, as a contractor, not only are these courses expensive, they mean lots of time out of the office - so a double wammey. Plus, after doing my first OU degree in my own time and then my MBA in my time, I prefer doing it my way than in a school classroom environment.
Then I saw a posting which brought some hope back. It looks like there may be e-learning courses you can do. As I read it, these can be used in place of the classroom environment.
But... and there is always a but...
I cant find a good source of info on these e-learning options (above foundation).
Does anyone have any info or links on where I can obtain e-learning courses for the levels above foundation?
I believe for the later V3 exams (when they are eventually available!), it will be possible not to attend a classroom course - however you will need to have followed an accredited distance-learning course from an accredited training provider. This will not be cheap. _________________ Liz Gallacher,
