I remember when I was doing my foundation course there was a website you can go to find the ITIL compliant logging tools for the service desk.
Does any one know what the link is please?
And if it's not too much to ask if any one has used any on the list and what they thought please.
I noticed there were threads on some tools, but I am specifically interested in the ITIL compliant ones.
I was writing the same thing but then couldn't be bothered to fini...

Don't take it personally, it's just frustrating when we get asked this kind of question frequently and we just want to see people doing some research into what ITIL is before posting questions.
What your question implies is that you assume ITIL can be implemented via software alone and it's just another tick box to put a mark against. Now, I'm sure that's not what you meant and you're a lot more clued up than that, but that's how it comes across.
What are you looking to achieve exactly?

Although I totally agree with John and UJ (there is no such thing as an ITIL compliant tool), there is a site which gives an overview of tooling, I think you refer to this site. Check toolselector <dot> kom. I have not used it myself recently so I cannot tell anything about the quality (you can see for yourself that they are sponsored).
