I'm not getting involved, I just thought this was well funny, or am I thinking that this was funny after two biers and a larg g&t ... can we have a fit, I know we're not supposed to mention fight club, but can we? Can I sling in some mud to make it a bit more interesting ... whooooaaaa I love this forum, its just so biatchy ...

so did everyone kiss and make up after this fight? Anyone have pictures?

To what I understand and knowledge, ITIL is not a big thing in Asia yet as most companies are more concerned about SOX, COBIT, ISO/ISEC 20000 instead of ITIL.

Therefore, no specific job requirements on ITIL except for the phrase "Knowledge of ITIL or certification is a plus!". So I presume it is not that important as long as you have IT Service Management experiences!

ISO20k is teh superset for ITIL so to speak


The concepts that have to be met for ISO20k compliance - the 16th - 10 of which are almost identical to ITIL best practice v2

hmmm

ITIL is an IT (IT department ) oriented best practice

all companies will find parts of it useful
