Folks: Check out the site SPAMED-SITE this has some good articles and step by step cook book kind of information on SEM BPS, BW and other stuff. The site also has some good best practices for Budgeting, Planning of capital & O&M etc.

Either click on e-book or download link... blah blah blah blah....

I'll leave the thread here as there are so many responses. Maybe we can round up a posse and hunt him down like a dog... ok perhaps not. Perhaps just remember what sort of "supplier" spams forums.
