Looking for a group of those that may be interested in starting a local ITSM group in or around Salt Lake City, Utah. I've attempted to contact ITSMf for some help or contact information but, have not received anything as of yet.
I am the Incident Manager for a company that manufactures dental products. We have implemented ITIL in our organization with Incident, Problem, Change/Release, and Config. We went live with our implementation in October of 2007.
If anyone would be interested in a local group or has information of an existing group please let me know.
